While all items are made with high quality materials we recommend the below:

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Remove before swimming, showering or exercising
• Handle with care

Warranty & Repairs 

We are unable to provide replacements for lost carabiners or carabiner bars.

We offer a 30 day warranty on all full price beaded pieces - any piece that needs a refresh within 30 day may be repaired free of charge (shipping not included). This warranty does not cover any sample sale pieces as all sample sale pieces are advertised as one of a kind due to imperfections. All beads must be returned in order to qualify for the repair under warranty. 

Any piece that needs a refresh after the 30 day warranty is subject to our $40 repair fee + shipping. This fee covers refreshing of all gold or silver finishings and replacing any missing spacer beads. All repairs are made in house by our team and can take 4-6 weeks during peak times.
