Returns & Exchanges

Please note, all returns not using Checkout+ are subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be excluded from the refund.  All returns/exchanges must be unworn in original condition and packaging. All international orders are final sale.

Due to sanitary reasons all earrings are final sale.

All discounted items are final sale - this includes items purchased on marked down items, site-wide sales (Black Friday & July 4th), and sample sales.

All pieces from the Alice Marcuz x Spicy Dan collab are final sale.

On all orders, we offer Checkout+ insurance to protect against instances of theft or damage in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate replacements for any stolen or damaged or stolen goods if Checkout+ insurance is declined at checkout.  

If your order arrives incorrect, please email hello@shopspicydan.com and we will send a return label. Once the incorrect items arrive back at our office we will send a replacement with expedited shipping.

We are unable to accommodate replacements or refunds for any pieces that are not returned under any circumstances.
