Shipping & Processing

While we do our best to get you your orders ASAP, all items are made by hand in small batches and can take up to 14 days to create. Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via USPS first class mail or the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule and the destination country's customs clearance process.

On all orders, we offer Route insurance to protect against instances of theft or damage in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate replacements for any stolen or damaged or stolen goods if Route insurance is declined at checkout.  

If your order arrives incorrect, please email hello@shopspicydan.com and will send a return label. Once the incorrect items arrive back at our office we will send a replacement with expedited shipping.

All orders are final. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
